Refund policy

This refund policy explains my guidelines for purchases at proselis.app. Please read it carefully before making a purchase. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

Publish One Book purchases

A Publish One Book purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks unlimited EPUB and print-ready PDF exports for one book. You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not yet exported that book in a publishing format. Once you have downloaded an EPUB or print-ready PDF export, the purchase is non-refundable, because the publishing formats have already been delivered.

Additional storage purchases

Additional image storage is valid for one year from the date of purchase. You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided your stored images still fit within the storage you had before the purchase — that is, the additional storage has not been used. Storage that has expired at the end of its year cannot be refunded or extended.

How to request a refund

To request a refund within the 7-day window, reach out through the contact us page with your order details. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay and returned to your original payment method.

Technical issues

In the rare event of a technical issue that prevents access to something you purchased — a publishing unlock that does not apply to your book, or storage that does not appear on your account — please contact me right away through the contact us page. I will investigate and resolve it promptly, including a refund where appropriate, even outside the 7-day window.

Before making a purchase

Writing with Proselis is free: you can write your entire book, organized into chapters with front and back matter, images, and unlimited DOCX exports, without paying anything. That means you can fully evaluate Proselis before spending a dollar. A purchase is only needed when you want professional publishing formats or more image storage. Prices are shown on the pricing page. If you have any questions about how purchases work, please contact me before buying.

Policy updates

I may update this refund policy at any time. Any changes take effect immediately once the updated policy is posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes means you accept the new policy.
